Let me be the first to tell you that I know absolutely NOTHING about coins. I inherited a bunch of early turn-of-the-century coins from my father-in-law who recently passed, and know that there are many of you out there that collect them. I do know this...the date on the front of the coin is 1907, and it is very brilliant in color. According to one friend that looked at it, he states that the edges and raised surface on the coin itself is in excellent shape. The scan does not do this coin justice because it has a very rich, brilliant shine to it that is difficult to see on the scan. I will try to answer any questions as best I can.
