I bought it new and all I had to do was plug the little usb thingy into my computer and it would automatically install. I never had any software to install.

The link I provided doesn't seem to work!! But you can always go to "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT" under "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" the left hand side of your Listia page. All you have to do is enter your address and select verify, I believe!! But again you do not need any bank info to verify your address!!
