Cupid's Dart Catananche Caerulea Amor Blue
Perennial, grows in Zones 4-9 Germination is 7-14 + days at 70 degrees.
Your first year start your seeds inside 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Sow seeds on surface of good seed starting mix and lightly sprinkle mix over the seeds to cover. Transplant when large enough to handle. May be sown directly outdoors in mid- spring for blooming the following year.

They do my grandmother lived to be 94 she have flower inside and outside blooming when she died. She could make a stick bloom

I no longer have a garden like I did before we downsized to a smaller home, so at my house it would literally have to be a flower bed party in my teeny weenie front yard which is like a postage stamp...
