This is a 808 D electronic cigarette pass thru kit. You plug it into a USB port and vape away. You will need to purchase e-liquid to put in the cartomizers as they are EMPTY/BLANKS. They are easy to fill and you can find a million or so videos on youtube on how to fill a cartomizer.

This kit is about a $30 value. It's brand new in the box (although the box is a little beat up) It has never been used. It is a great way to try out the e-cigs without investing a lot of money.

I used e-cigs to finally quit a 37 year smoking habit, and after just a year on e-cigs, lost interest in those too. I have a ton of equipment that I will be listing now that I have discovered that you can list the kits as long as there is no filled cartridges.

This kit includes everything you need to get started EXCEPT E-LIQUID. You can buy e-liquid at most smoke shops these days, or you can find a vendor online at the electronic e-cigarette forums. (Just search for that "electronic e-cigarette forum" and it'll come up)
