Handmade (by me) Plastic bag holder. Can hold 25-30 or more walmart type plastic bags (depending on how you stuff them). Has a loop to hang in a convenient location. Has a slot at the bottom to pull bag out. Measures 13" x 9 1/4". Cotton blend material and was prewashed before sewn.
