The listing, Foldable shopping bag w/winter hat has ended.

This vinyl shopping bag was given to me for Christmas and I just don't have any need for it. It fold down to fit into your purse. The snap will not work, that is why I have a rubber band around it. The hat I bought at REI a long time ago and have since gotten another one and just don't use this anymore both are in excellent condition.
If you are the winner of this auction, please verify address on auction site(not in a message as I will not accept this as per listia rules) within seven days or will keep credits and re-list. I also mail out item(s) the Friday after an auction ends. Ty

It seems to be a women's small. If fit me but was not very snug. So it can be worn by a women or a child. It just did not come down far enough to cover my ears, ty
