According to the Red Heart site (the manufacturer of the yarn) Jive is made up of all shades of blue (only) and is color #1940 (this has shades of lime green mixed in with light and dark blues, and is color 1934). I bought this new at a craft supply store, and have stored it untouched since (in its original labels). I can only go by what I see on the label trusting that Red Heart labeled them correctly. I appreciate your input, and thank you for your diligence, but I am in no way attempting to mislead anyone.

As I'm looking around their website, Red Heart (as a brand -- a brand I normally don't use much, btw, but loved these colors so much I purchased them), isn't clear about their colors or styles (in trying to verify your input, I saw four different color mixtures represented as 1934 Rumba, none of them Jive, btw.). So guess I don't really know what's technically correct here.

Whatever the case regarding Red Heart's color naming/labels, in my auctions, what the bidder sees in the photo is the exact thing they're bidding on. This yarn is new in its original packaging, is very definitely Red Heart Sasha (confirmed at the Red Heart site), and made up of several shades of blue and lime green. That's all I know for sure.

Thanks again. I'm sorry for any confusion, but I assure you, these are as they were when I purchased them from the store. And all of the skeins of this color were labeled the same way - 1934 Rumba (I searched through the bin to match dye lot numbers).

OMG, you are so right (went to another place on the redheart website and looked through color swatches. It *is* twist. How bizarre is that. Ai yi yi. Egads. I'll put a note in the listing (I think I can still edit it... I'm still new ... yikes!). Thanks for figuring that out. Man, they're *all* mislabeled!
