For your consideration is this Agate geode made up of Chalcedony with bands of Grey, Beige/Brown, & White within a Lt. grey stone that has been face cut & polished to a high shine. The outside of the stone is rough and has most of the original texture to it but has been cleaned and tumble polished before the face was given a high polish on a leather wheel with Cerium Oxide. This is as beautiful as they come in a natural stone. the entire face has Lt Grey bands running across it in a flowing bands. Put it in a window and the sun will light up parts of it from behind, the stone is semi translucent and at the thinner sections light will pass through allowing the stone to light up in some spots and remain darker in others.
