The listing, Extra Large Opalite Buddhist Hindu Good Luck Symbols Pendant has ended.

Opalite glass type pendant, approximately 2" diameter, 1/4" thick. Detail is amazing, better than I can photograph well- but I've added extra pics to try! :)

Images of fish and various Asian and Buddhist type good luck symbols. I'm not familiar with all of the symbols so I can't explain or describe them all. Please see photos.

Yes this is interesting too and has representation to the symbols it's most likely a specific kind of luck but I would have to research the specifics not familiar with. Most chinese ones have holes in the middle and are hung from lanterns, alters or worn on a red string to draw energy.

I thought there might be dragons on there, but to me, it looked like a wheel with multiple symbols, perhaps like a Chinese Zodiac type thing or similar to a Mayan wheel calendar.

Two Dragons playing the ball (Shuang long xi zhu 双龙戏珠)

The "two dragons playing the ball" originated from the planetory drawing in Chinese astrology. Fireball 火珠 was evolved from the moon. From Han dynasty onwards, the "two dragons playing the ball" became an auspicious decorative emblem, used in distinguished imperial decoration.

The reason these look like fish is because Chinese dragons were sea dragons and never breathe fire but were thought to bring rain for crops. The are often seen holding orbs of fire and that had different representation referring to the sun rising in the east

Fascinating! I really appreciate you sharing! These were sent to me as gifts along with some jewelry and jewelry making items that I bought online from merchants in China and Thailand. I do love them, but am clearing out some older things that I will never use or wear. :)
