Disney uses DigitalCopyPlus.com to redeem codes. Codes issued starting with Oz the Great (as this one is) are valid for either iTunes, vudu or Amazon. You pick one format. But the Disney movie rewards also redeems a disney Anywhere copy which is iTunes based. Disney is not part of the Ultraviolet system.

This is from the DVD not the Blu-ray. Are you sure your packaging says it gives you a digital copy of the movie? If I'm not mistaken only the Blu-ray gives you the actual movie. DVDs just give you Disney Magic Reward points.
