FREE: 2 Prickly Pear pads

I am auctioning 2 Prickly Pear cactus pads. My cacti have been growing like weeds this winter so they are very healthy. They will be picked the day of shipping. Once picked they will go dormant and should be just fine during shipping. I am sending 2 to guarantee at least 1 will be successful, but both should be. They are supposed to sit a few days before planting anyway, to allow the plant to dry where it had been attached to the mother. This will allow roots to form.

Once you receive your pads they should be ready to plant. I recommend loose soil that will drain well. Cacti do NOT like wet feet! Bury them a quarter to a half way in the soil and water conservatively. They should root within a couple of weeks!
