I got it off e-bay and it was advertised as "Sterling Silver" but it is not marked with the .925 stamp, so I didn't list it as sterling silver. It is true hand mined opal from Ethiopia, so I would think the opal inlays were set in sterling... I ordered the wrong size, so instead of going thru the hassle and the cash of returning it, I just ordered myself a new ring, in the correct size. I figured I'd share it with someone on Listia... It's an absolutely gorgeous ring... The color of the opal is very deep & rich... A real eye-catcher... I hope that info. helped, somewhat... Happy Bidding...
