Will it turn your finger green

I did wear it for awhile but always took it off when I washed my hands, showered, slept, etc and it didn't turn my finger green....that's not to say it wouldn't happen if worn 24-7 and during any of the above. I thought it was 925 when I got it but now I'm sure it's just silver plated because I don't see a stamp. It is still cute and different though!
