I've never grown this variety in a partial sun condition. I have, however, grown other bell peppers with only a few hours of direct sunlight per day. Yields were somewhat low and I didn't get any of them to fully ripen to red.
I'm in zone 6a, though. So, in full sun I barely get red peppers before the first frost when they get full sun and get a head start in the greenhouse (I set them out as 6 inch tall seedlings when the soil warms up).
In short, as long as you're zone 6 or higher, you'd be able to get green peppers. If you're in a higher zone, your longer growing season should allow you to get some red peppers.
I think some peppers are better than none--I like to experiment, though
