Grown in my 2013 Organic garden ......With an orange color inner flesh and Blue gray outer skin , they are easy to grow, ( and you can grow them every year if you save your seed),....full of vitamins & minerals, very tasty, and can be prepared in a number of ways.....They can be canned, frozen, made into very yummy pies, soup, baked.or roasted......
