This scarf is brand new & is 100% silk. That is why this scarf costs me more then most of the others I offer. It is about 50 by 10 inches. Silk is very hard to work with, & sew. It is very hard to come by a perfect one, even when they are brand new. So I have pointed out a corner where a little thread gathers together, & there is a few strands of thread on the sides. This is not a big deal, & not noticeable, unless I point them out to you. You will also see this on most silk scarves that are made. I love this one as it is so bright & beautiful! No, no, I don't sew. I was just saying that silk is hard to work with & you rarely find a silk scarf with perfect seams on it. I was saying that this is a brand new scarf, it just came in my new order, however the threads you see are natural in silk scarves. (because of the difficulty sewing real silk) Keep an eye on my scarves, as I will be adding more & I think I do have more scarves this size which are good for head wraps. Thanks!
