ADEEMED, it's probably because the buyer has to receive the produce first and click the got it button, it is then the credits are transferred to you. Once you build yourself as a trusted seller, its then when you automatically get the credits when the auction ends, HOPE THIS HELPS.

The item has to be received by the one that won it before they give you the credits when your new at selling items. once you establish that your a reliable seller and the more you sell then listia automatically transfer the credits to you without you having to wait. sorry, i noticed i put produce and not product lol.
