I won this on listia and it did not fit... it is a very beautiful skirt.... the waist is around 36 inches to 40 inches (it stretches)....it is a long skirt....beautiful for a night out or maybe for work...it is light weight...it is made out of100% rayon.. it is washable... any questions please ask......

The tag says size "3A" so what is a size 3A. Can you measure the waist for me pls? I want to make sure it fits me if I get it.

it say on the tag in the front of the skirt 36...and it a good fit at 36 inches...but i measure it and it will stretch to 42....i only put 40 in my description because i wanted it to be a good fit....the length of it is about 37 inches from the waist to the hem...i hope this has help you.....please ask if any more questions... i will try to answer.......annette
