Pretty springtime colored slippers.These slippers are hand knitted with 100% acrylic 4 ply yarn and double knitted with colors aqua and white. They measure almost 9" and if your foot measures anywhere from 8" to 10" they should fit with 10 being more of a nice snug fit as they easily stretch. Topped off with pretty sparkly dark aqua colored buttons. My Grandma taught me years ago how to make these. Machine wash warm, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low; do not over dry. For best results, hand wash; lay flat to dry. Vintage pattern used.

OMG!!! My mother used to make these exact slippers and sew pretty buttons on them. She also graduated from high school in Volga Ia. Small world & do you have any more. These brought tears to my eyes & many happy memories of mushroom hunting & floating down the turkey river in Elkader. I love the colors you used :)

Hi! Yes it is a small world! I've been to Volga and Elkader a few times-its just not really close to where I live though. We used to go mushroom hunting around Delhi./Hopkinton area. My Grandma used to make these slippers and would put pom-poms on top-I just like coming up with different colored ones with matching buttons.
