Description

The listing, 13" Dragon Mini Sword- GIN BONUS has ended.

This auction is for a 13" Dragon Mini Sword. It has an etched blade measuring 7 1/4" from hilt to tip and comes with a display stand. Please refer to pictures provided.

***GIN BONUS***
19 1/4" Black Dual Dragon Swords that recede into each other's wooden handles. The dragon wraps around both wooden handles, from his head on 1 knife to his tail on the other. The blades are etched and they measure approximately 8" each from hilt to tip, also bearing a dragon head on one and it's tail on the other. There are a few small cracks, but it's a very intricate piece.

The item will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with tracking, usually within 1 business day. The winning bidder must provide their Listia verified address within 7 days or they will forfeit their credits and I will relist.

As always, leave your comments below and I will address them in a timely manner. If your comment is rude, or unproductive, I reserve the right to block you from my auctions, so please be polite and you will receive the same courtesy.

Listia is a free website to exchange items for credits and is designed to be fun so let's keep it that way. Have fun bidding and good luck to everyone.

I'm always in the market for new fans/friends and I will always return the favor.

Read the actual rules - in there is the actual conversion of dollar to credit value - 1 credit = $0.01, nothing more!!!!!!!!!!

If that were true, then every 100 credits is equal to a dollar and Listia would be charging 2500 credits for a $25 dollar Amazon card instead of 25000 credits. Even Listia themselves go 1000 credits to the dollar. Thanks for your opinion, but I'm here to offer my item in exchange for credits, whatever the amount paid by the winner, not to argue about the value per credit.

I LOVE these, espescially the second dual sword in one, hidden, it is so unusual. :) I have seen you offer some very neat items. I don't know why everyone has to complain about a sellers chosen GIN amount, it is their choice and if someone wants it bad enough and has the credits they will pay it, I think it is fair. I have seen some unusual and unique things on Listia, and I like the "trade" aspect of the site. Who knows the item may go for less than Gin amount, point is that it is there for someone who "must have it now".
All the complaining I've seen seems to be about higher Gin's set, but this is the thing no one is forcing anyone to Gin or even bid for that matter so, what is the problem? I have seen these higher Gin's (which i tend to think are reasonable on most items) on unique or very nice/almost new items and people go bananas. It discourages the seller from listing nice things and Listia from growing, and I like to see nice, unique things here. :) Yes, this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. :) I'm already a FAN. :)

Thank you for a great and friendly comment toriswrrl27. I agree with a lot of your points and we share the same opinion on a lot of issues that seem to arise for no reason. It's one thing to complain about a high gin amount, as you said, no one is making them use it, but I start all of my auctions at 0, so everyone that has credits could be a potential bidder. I'm glad you show interest in my items. I try to offer new and exciting things to my friends here, but sometimes it does get tiresome listening to people whine about the cost of an item. It's their opinion if they think it's too high, but leave it at that. I too would like to see Listia grow and see things new people have to offer and I've been seeing less and less people on here that are clearly scammers, charging $10 to ship something that would cost $2, so way to go Listia. I am already a fan of yours as well so our paths must have crossed earlier. Thanks again and good luck.

How is the bonus sword and the main one worth over $270 worth of points? I just found both an knife store sites. The mini sword sold for $9.95 new and the double stick sword for $29.95 new. Will you be re listing the bonus sword for an acceptable price later?

The main mini sword seems worth the credits even if you can but them for less than $10 since you are offering free shipping. So it is a more than fair deal and looks good.

90% of people on listia agree that 1000 credits is the equivalent to $1 so I'm actually only asking for $150 worth of credits. I've seen items worth $10 sell for 50k so it all depends on how bad someone wants an item and is willing to pay credits for it instead of cash. My price is fair and if you don't like the price then u are more than welcome to go to that knife store and spend $40 plus shipping or u can get it from me for free. Thanks.

love them,,but how do you formulate 1000 credits =1$ ?? if you go by listia selling them @ 40$ per 16k = 400 =1$ ,,just wondering how you came up with 1000 =1$
Mar 19th, 2014 at 4:13:23 PM PDT by
Original
Not many people buy the credits bc they are so expensive. Most people on here consider the same that 1000 credits equal $1. If u go to the rewards store u will also notice listia sells their items there for the same conversion rate. 200k for a $200 Xbox. They just charge a premium for the people that buy them but if u sell items to get credits then it works better for you.

Already a fan and everyone is open to their own pricing of their items and people shouldnt leave negative comments if they dont want to bid or like the price move along,I think it's very rude of people to do these snide remarks on peoples auctions .Love all your auctions and you go you always have nice things .Watching ,,Gypsy

Wow, lots of comments here :) I just wanted to add an experience that kind of coincides with a comment above. Yes, Listia has been helpful lately, but they weren't so helpful in the past. I had won an auction that requested exact shipping, in the description it said that shipping would be no more than $6. The seller charged me $15 when it could have easily been shipped in a flat rate box (which is free) for under $6. Listia sided with the winner, if I didn't pay the shipping, they would have been able to keep the item AND the large amount of credits! I thought that was completely unfair, especially since it said NO MORE than $6 in the description! And the kicker? The item showed up with postage that said $6.36!! Plus it was damaged and filthy! Ugh I was so upset :/

Wow. I'm not sure which comment you are referring to, but either way the is bogus. I think I would have left Listia if that had happened to me. It all depends on who you get as a moderator as with any company everyone has their own morals and opinions on how things should go, but you definitely got the short end of that stick.

I cannot figure out why so many are stuck on a conversion rate?? Perhaps they do not understand what items really go for on this site, but it should not be an issue anyway. It is your auction, so run it how you want. If they do not like it they do not have to bid. There is nothing that states what you can or cannot ask for on an auction. :)

its funny all these people arguing that 1000 credits is not = to $1 ... i go by this same conversion for the most part, and the rewards store is anywhere from 1000 to 1500 per $1. and they dont seem to realize the you lose like 10% of the GIN credits if someone does use the GIN
Mar 26th, 2014 at 10:03:50 AM PDT by
Original
Yeah, I think about 90% of the people on Listia go by the 1000 credits to the $1, but it's all the new people and the people that buy the credits that have a problem with that conversion. I guess if I was spending money on credits, I wouldn't like it much either, but that's why I recommend that people sell stuff to get credits instead of buying them. These are the same people that don't know about the 10% going to Listia if GIN is used as well so it's a catch 22. Thanks sticky!
