This is like new. My feet, with socks on, were in for about 30 seconds. The massager is soft and warm, like slippers. You add 2 AA batteries (not included), press the button on the side, and the massager produces a vibrating sensation to soothe your tired feet. It really wasn't what I needed for my feet but perhaps someone else will enjoy it.
