This is volume 1 of the Japanese release of Bodacious Space Pirates. It contains 2 episodes on Blu-Ray + plus a music CD. This title is in raw Japanese no dub, no subtitles. Please dont bid if you expecting the US version. This isnt a Chinese pirated version. It's a 100% genuine Japanese edition. Please dont hesitate to ask questions, I'll do my best to answer.

Marika is a first year high school student living on a planet known as Uminoakeboshi. One day she finds out that her recently deceased father was once the captain of the space pirate ship called the "Bentenmaru". More importantly, the only one to inherit the captain's title has to be a direct descendant—meaning that Marika is next in line to become the captain of the ship.

So it is the first 2 episodes in Japanese language only plus a music cd? I'm all in. Probably won't understand all of it but it will be good practice to have it in raw.

I couldnt find any subtitles, or captions of any kind, any language. Now I dont have a blu-ray player on my computer. I tried both of my players and nothing. Your TV or player, or drive might give you some, but I wont guarantee it.

Ok I looked this up from the manufacturer. You are 100% correct there are no subtitles at all. Still it is an awesome series to own. I'm watching it now on crunchyroll.

Region A/1. It will play in US blu-ray players. I played it in my Sony and Toshiba players.
