Not that I have found:
The 1982-S Kennedy Half Dollar Proof is comprised of an outer layer of .750 (75%) copper and .250 (25%) nickel bonded to a core of pure copper.
A quote from Collectons.com--I also looked other sites,But as you can see-Not all Proofs are silver--Proofs actually refers to the strike ,not the composition
