Well, here is another book for those of you who love to read and learn about the things that go bump in the night. The book was written by Cecilia Back. She and her husban purchased a beautiful victorian home that was built in 1895 by Dr. George McBride. It didn't take long before things started happening. The spirits made sure their presence was know. Things moved, talking toys and dolls talked without batteries, ominous odors occured , and loud shrieks and crashing noises were heard. These spirits have personalities all their own, including one that is terrifying. THIS IS THEIR STORY!!!

Here is the important stuff. You, the winner have 7 days to send me your verified address. Once I have received that information I have 7 days to mail it to you. Please do not send emails asking when it will be mailed out. I send items usually no later than 2 days after the end of the auction and I include tracking. I didn't think I'd have a chance at his book, but I just got a good chunk of credits in, just maybe I can hold on to it! We have a ghost living with us now, though I think she has gotten used to having us here, as she does not make her presence known as often as she used to.

This is what I love about listia. Most people on here areawesome. There is no animosity. Just fun bidding to win something. Like I said earlier I have 2 of the items that are going with the book, but only one book. I can get another one if wanted. All is not lost. Soulunaty, I think our ghost is our home's original owner. She died here about 3 years ago. We bought the house two years ago. She appears to my mother mostly, who is home bound and disabled, as I believe she may have been towards the end of her life. Ghosts seem to be drawn to my mother, as we have had "house mates" in our two previous residents, though the encounter at our last home did not happen until our final weeks there, after living there for nearly six years, and was very brief, as we were moving out, and seemed dark and unfriendly. It seems myself, my mother and my daughter are the only ones that can see them.
