This is a very beautiful 10k gold heart shaped necklace! The heart is made up of CZ chips.

It's a bit tarnished around the edges of the heart, but the inside and the chain are in great condition.

They are both marked 925. I looked it up and yes that is a marking for 10k gold, not just sterling silver.
