It is a hardback and its in really good shape. The dust cover is a tiny bit worn at the top and bottom near the spine.

Mouse and Mole are neighbors.
Mouse lives inside an oak tree, and Mole lives in a hole underneath.
They are neighbors, but they are also friends.
