Do you frequently wake up in the middle of a dream and realize.."Hey, I'm dreaming!"? Lucid Dreaming is when one realizes they are dreaming, while still asleep. Many realize they can Lucid Dream at a young age, and are quite good at maintaining that lucidity while still staying asleep. While flying around the universe and beyond is fun..What else can be accomplished in this exciting world?
NOTE: If you have never experienced a lucid dream, and want to experience the feel of a waking dream, please see the Auction for part one "Lucid Dreams in 2 Weeks" which will walk you thru 3 simple, easy steps to start you on your way to Grand Adventures!

FOR THE ADVANCED LUCID DREAMER: Now that you're lucid dreaming, it's time to get to work! Although there are a few exceptions, (precognitive dreams for example) dreams are simply the manifestation of your subconscious. When you become lucid you are able to interact with your dreams, thereby technically gaining access to your thoughts, fears, feelings that may be trying to surface and get your attention. Issues and fears that your waking life is too busy to give any attention to resurface in your dream environment, when all that stimuli is turned off. This advanced course shows you how to deal with NIGHTMARES! Face those fears, and recognize them for what they are!

This should help. Sleep paralysis should decrease as you become in control of your dream state and conquer your nightmares... however as you are familiar with OBE's, you should consider a connection between the OBE's (or as my psychology training says, fear of) and your sleep paralysis if this technique does not help.

I have suffered terribly in the past from night terrors and flash backs due to PTSD and I used to do alot of drugs also i was terrorized by demons in the night, i could see them and they would hold me back from returning to my body, i also could feel pain in my dreams... since i stopped using drugs most of this went away, I wonder if i start to project again if I can have better experiences, I also moved from a home that had a frightful F*ck*D up energy in it... what do you think?
