One side has a drawstring to crunch up the side a little or you can loosen it and tie the string in a bow, whatever you prefer. Cute shirt! I wore this shirt with the brown corduroy maternity pants I have listed as well and they were cute together!!! One of my favorite maternity outfits! Measurements are- Shoulder to shoulder- just about 24in wide. Across the chest area- 22 1/2in. Belly area is about 18in across. From the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt is 27in long. I laid the shirt on my bed and measured that way. Any questions about the measurements just ask.
