Band measures 4 mm at back when put together and just under 10 mm at front.

Comes with instruction sheet.

Each ring is measured using a Swiss made high quality ring madrel (sizer). Often there can be slight variations in sizing based on which type of mandrel is used. We make every effort to list each ring to the closest ¼ size. The ring is a size 8
