Yep it sure is! An old lady wanted it just a few days before Christmas for her grandson so I paid extra for shipping AND sent an extra game. I asked for her to contact me if there were any problems or if she was unhappy and she agreed to bring any issues to
my attention, she did not. About a week after Christmas she opens a case and says her grandson doesn't like it then changes it to nothing works. Listia granted the refund even tho is directly in violation to their own rules. No buyers remorse listia says??? So I blocked her and may not be offering many if any classic and favorite items for auction on this site anymore.
