Picture 1 is the lighter you will be getting. The others are mine. I didn't want to open the new one but I wanted you to see what it's like. You recharge the lighter via USB, you can use your computer or a USB adaptable charger you would use for your phone or other devices. Pic 2 - slide the Z one way to charge. Pic 3 - slide the other way to light. It automatically shuts off after a few seconds. Each charge can light many packs of cigs or 4-5 hours of light time & this lighter can last for years. I'm not positive how long to charge it but the last time I charged mine was 1 week ago & I only had it plugged in for 2 hours. I don't use it for every single cigarette but I definitely use it at least half the time.
