This is an auction for an adorable tiny top hat! It is made of a glittery and metallic red material, with a tiny red rose flower accent! A bright, beautiful plume jets out from behind the flower for some added flair! This clip is small enough for everyday, over the top outfits <3 Perfect for Cosplaying or for any top-hat required occasion! This lightweight and comfortable clip is set on an alligator clip! I have pretty long, thick tresses and this works wonder with pinning hair back, but is also light enough for the side of my head (I have the left side cut very short, probably 2 inches of hair) it stays secure in place in the short side too! This clip is BRAND NEW and has NEVER BEEN WORN! I have two of these, one Is for myself and the other I am listing. <3 So bid confidently!
