The listing, BOOKS! has ended.
Boxed lot of paperback novels, true crime, maybe a hardback or two. You will get a box of good reading, because if it isn't worth reading twice, I don't keep it. These are all 2 or 3 or 4 times read, yet they are in good condition. No missing or torn pages. Feel free to ask any questions you have. Thank you for looking!
Questions & Comments
i am also a true crime reader lol i guess we are few of the many lol. thanks and great auction i fanned u and im watching hun..
I just got Witness for the Prosecution. Can't wait until Kenneth's in bed and I can skim through it. Of course, tonight is Ghost Hunters night on TV and I CAN'T miss that! My cousin's husband asked me if I believed in ghosts, and I said I better, since I live with one!
I've not pulled all of them yet. There are Nora Roberts novels, Ann Rule #3, all pb's, John Grissom and Sydney Sheldon, both hb, probably a hb Mary Higgins Clark.
I have a few. Ann Rule's #3 is on my shelf, and there may be another or two I could part with. I'll take a look and see what all's there. Do you have any interest in the paranormal? I've a couple of "true ghost stories" I might part with.
Ah, yes, the morbidity of it all. Funny thing is I can't stand science fiction if it's about some maniac killing a boatload of people. It's too possible it will actually happen somewhere. Give me the vampires, werewolves, etc. My husband says I should have studied forensics in school instead of social work and early childhood education.
ROO--dagnabbit--you must have the same search saved that I do. lol I am also a true crime nut Carolyn--Roo and I are Listia friends..but I am interested in true paranormal too **watching**
I enjoy "ghost" stories, forensics, true crime, GOOD mystery novels as well as the humor of Janet Evanovich, Lewis Grizzard and James Thurber. I like the old Diana Palmer romances, as well as the old Janet Dailey. I'll look at anything, I even read cereal boxes! :-)
I haven't filled this box yet. Looks like mostly pb's. I can add a book on herbs if the bidding hits 75 or more. This box will include Nora Roberts Novels, and a 2 book set on making wire jewelry.
Love this auction...I am an avid reader...2-3 books per week. I would love the Herb book if I win too. I have Lady Bug Acres Herb farm, and any reading on Herbs is a good read! I also make jewelry and read crime novels and Nora Roberts...so this is a perfect box for me!
Thank you...I do love my books....I own thousands and thousands. I am also working on writing my first book. With books you can be anything and do anything!
Yes, you can. And DO write. Whether you get an agent to help publish it, or you self-publish, or if you never get published, you'll have the fun and satisfaction of having written a good story.
