Questions & Comments

This looks like what they use to stuff and frame. Would make beautiful picture. You would put white fabric on the back and outline the horse by stiching around it or what ever you wanted to puff up. After you sewed around the items. You would make a slith in the white fabric stuff it then when it all was finished you frame it.
