This is an English Royal Mail package stamp. It's a light gold color, similar to gold foil, and has the Queen's likeness on it.The wavy lines you see on it, has the words royal mail in between the lines.
These are fairly new in Britain. My English bud sent me a couple of these. It's used on parcels, and the postage is stamped on it when you use it. The stamp by itself has no value and doesn't cost anything.
It's oversized - 2 1/2" X 2 3/4".
