I guess it would, you plug it into a usb port and xbox 360 has a couple of them. not sure why you would use it on the 360 though, maybe to upload photos?

yeah, that is one of the uses. you slide a micro sd card into it and then plug it into a usb port.

you insert a micro sd card into one end and then plug the other into your usb port. you can then view, move, transfer or add files like photos, games etc .
