The listing, Punk Candy Full Masquerade Mask has ended.

Punk Candy is sort of a misfit. She's definitely not ordinary, as you can see with her punk spikes, and her stitched mouth. Sometimes she likes to go geisha with her lips when she's feeling a bit girly. This girl has gone through more transformations than your typical hollywood star.

I have 2 options for fitting the mask.
1) Elastic (black or white)
2) Coordinating color ribbon for tie back (if I have the color)

No it is paper mache based. The spikes are made of paper clay.
