This is a beautiful Victorian Crazy Quilted Block. It measures 12 1/4 x 12 1/4 inches. All seams have been embellished with silk thread and ribbons. I made a carnation flower and did a spray of roses made from silk ribbon. This block also has black velvet in one corner. There is a crocheted heart, with a heart button and seed beads hanging from the heart button. If your a quilter or sewer, you could add your on touch to it or leave it like it is.
It's the "Hope" fan block. I made this block myself.
