How does it work? I have never seen one before. What does it do and how do you work it? I understand why the photo was scratched out and the person who told you to do it was smart but I don't know how to work it or what info is on it. Please give more info on it Thanks

This is made really for the use of pay-pal, or if you do not use pay-pal only the white columns will tell you what to charge. On the 1st long column, shows the dollar amount that you need, the next show the % fee that pay pal charges you and the yellow (last) column show the total... ex: you are charging a total of 3.50 for your shipping (that includes the price of the actual shipping & DC plus the cost of the mailing package & bubble wrap... or what ever.) Pay pal will charge you 40cents as their fee for using them as the collection. So you would need to put in your auction that shipping & fees is $4.00 (rounding up the actual charge of $3.90).

2nd fat column breaks down the REAL fees to weight! ex: If you have an item that weight 3.7 oz. all prepared, wrapped securely and in the envelope ready to ship. You would look at the 4 oz. (always round up for postage, even if the thing weighs 3.1 oz you would still go to 4 oz). 1st column is the weight in ounces, 2nd white column is the actual postage fee, 3rd is the DC (delivery confirmation) fee and the 4th is the pay-pay fee, the last (yellow) is what you would charge! SO this chart does not add in the cost of the mailer (bubbled envelope). At 4 oz, the actual cost is $1.73 for postage, the 19cents for DC, so far equals $1.92 then pay pal fee of 35cents (same amount shown on the 1st long column) totaling $2.27...to this add the mailer envelope cost, guessing for a 4 1/2" x 7" @ (11cents - I buy in bulk) or at Walgreens for 3 is $1.79= 59cents...
$2.27 + .59= 2.86 or $3.00 to list the price for shipping.
The next box is the same for media and the last is for regular, business and manila envelopes, flat with nothing "packed" in them. Once you have the chart in front of you, you will soon be whipping through the shipping fees that you charge. These are the closest to walking into the PO except they charge 85cents for DC and pay pal is 19cents.
Does this make any sense to you?
