Thanks I am new at this but it's easy to understand. Still don't understand how u get GIN? Get it now points u know. Lol how silly I'm just here to have fun Thanks gurls ;)
GIN , get it now, is a option that u can use when u set up a auction. U have your regular bids placed, but can also set up a GIN amount. Which would be a specific amount (a minimum of 2000) so that if a bidder doesn't want to bid, or wait out the days of the auction, they can pay your GIN amount and end the auction instantly. New users like yourself don't have the option to set up a GIN yet. Once u have been here a little while, sold a few things, grabbed a few positive feedbacks etc, than u will be able to use it! I think it becomes available once u receive your "sellers wings" badge. I believe I got mine after only a month, so it's not long if you have successful auctions and take listia seriously. =) Once u do get the option of using it, when u go to your list a auction page, it will be available. If u are using listia through the website ( www.listia.com) than when u are on the LIST A AUCTION PAGE, at the bottom where u would click submit, there's a small box that says " advanced options". Click that and it opens up to give u the option of GIN amount or number of days..if u are using the listia APP it will be under the "starting bid" box. Hope this helps! Also, GIN needs to be set up before a bid is placed. And you have to pay 50 credits to use it. However if someone uses your GIN AMOUNT than the 50 credits are reimbursed to you. But than you must pay listia 10% I believe it is, out of the amount. So if you have a auction GIN of 22,222 than when someone uses it, you pay listia 2,222 and you get 20,000. Hope this helps!!!
