This listing is for a protective case for Google (ASUS) Nexus 7, the original 2012 model (quad core Tegra 3 cpu, 1GB RAM, 16-32GB ROM). Will work with WiFi-only and 3G versions, but ONLY the 2012 model, the 2013 model has a slightly different layout. The case is hard plastic on the back (which snaps onto the tablet), and has a vinyl? & felt? cover with magnetic latch that will put the screen to sleep automatically when closed (hence the 'smart').
