New unused T-Mobile Sim card. Had to replace a phone, but old sim card was still usable, so this was extra. Can be used for any T-Mobile service and check:

for a list of compatible phones.

All codes for activation on back, not readable in picture, so you have to win to use it!

Just to be clear: You are bidding on the Sim Card only- it goes into YOUR phone (not included in the auction) to activate it and the plan that YOU choose and par for from T-Mobile.
