R.M.S TITANIC remembrance coin. April 10-15, 1912. 5 dollars Somaliland 2002. This coin is pretty heavy. Bigger than a half dollar. The Canadian dollar coin is in the picture for reference. Alot of detail in the front of the coin. Its a wonderful looking coin for any collector.

Questions & Comments

When the HMS Titanic sank off of the coast of Newfoundland, the fatalities were buried in my home city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, since Newfoundland was a territory and not a province. Newfoundland did not become an official province of Canada until 1949.
