Gently used and well taken care of, an LG Phoenix cell phone by At&t. As is, comes with CD (manual), cell phone charger, and cell phone only. Has Android 2.2 Platform, PC-like web browsing, Work and personal email, and Access to At&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots. Bluetooth compatible. Will need a MicroSD Card or use your own. Lid of box is torn half-way but everything inside box is gently used and in good working condition. I upgraded on cell phone. Thought someone else could use this gently used and in good shape cell phone. If you need a nice working cell phone, this one is for you. Good luck bidding everyone.

When I used it, I used a data plan in order to have the phone. If I recall, yes. You can still call someone and ask though, just to make sure. Thank you for asking and good luck bidding.

You will see the icons on auction pictures that 7,8,9, &10 will show you what's on the phone. Yes it does have a camera. I don't know exactly how many mp's, flash, etc.etc.etc...it has. I'm sorry, I'm cell phone illiterate when it comes to cell phones. It does come with the disc (manual). I hope I answered your ? the best I could. Thank you for asking. Good luck bidding. :)
