New mark by avon silver plated bracelet with heart charm and initial that is a "t" or "j" could be either one.

the tag shows "sp" for silver plated and "mark" which is the brand for avon.

the top of the heart & the initial have white jewels which are probably zirconia but i'm not positive.

the bracelet measures approximately 8 inches around which can be adjusted to fit a smaller wrist.

very pretty bracelet and shinny. the picture doesn't do it justice.
