I bought the original seeds a few years ago, I didn't see anything on the package about gmo. I grew the plants last year and got the seeds from that. Nothing had been altered by me. I hope that helps. Are you planning on eating these leaves or using for tea?

They should be fine. I mainly just plant them because I love the scent of lemon. I have yet to use them for tea.
