FREE: samsung stratosphere not working properly

The listing, samsung stratosphere not working properly has ended.

I bought this phone thinking I was bright enough to fix it but I just can't figure it out, pics show condition, over all good shape but has a cracked screen but functions fine, the phone turns on but all internal info is missing and I can't get to connect to my pc to update it, maybe someone else out there can figure out what it needs because i'm at a loss...sd card slot works, camera and wifi work, says it's charging but doesn't and for some reason I can't log into playstore..probably has to with whatever the last owner did to wipe out the info i.e.sid, imei, phone no. etc.

this for the phone only, the battery goes to my other phone and I don't have a cord for it I used my phones
