That is the good thing about Listia, it is FREE! I paid about $100 for this when I bought it. I had 4 dogs at the time and 2 are very large, and they all barked.....I wanted this to keep them from barking at people walking down the street and the neighbor dogs to try to keep them from barking but I think I had too many dogs and if I had one dog I think it would have worked better...they did hear the ultrasonic sound though

No it is not a collar. It sits on the counter or deck and operates by putting out a high pitch sound that the dogs hear each time they bark
