Well i bought them for my daughter when she was a year old.. she is now 4 and wore them until a few months ago.. Im gonna say up to 32lbs maybe.. Im sorry Im not much help.. they stretch ALOT.. she adored them.. but time for them to go..

Would you do free shipping to Canada? The difference in price for something this size is only about 10 to 40 cents more :)
The price of shipping is fairly easy to check on th USPS web site.
