Appears to be a white color coating over a metal base.
Gold tone clips.
Monet marking on back of each earing.
Excellent condition
Hoops are approx 1 3/4 inch and from top button at earlobe they hang down approx 2 1/4 inch..

I am listing quite a few clip on and screwback vintage and antique earrings to end ths weekend,if they do good I will be listing more.
I found a box here of vintage/antique earings that I was unaware I had.
